 Lord and Burnham Greenhouse- Good
condition, 60' x 23'6", sturdy heavy gauge all aluminum, has two large ridge vents and one wall vent that run the
entire length, all w/ screens, one partition wall w/ large sliding door, one entry door, three 24" fans, two
turbulators, all original glazing, sill plates. sill anchor plates, and gutters. Fiberglass from roof and upper gable ends
was not saved. Greenhouse was originally gutter connected to a large residence
before it was photographed, disassembled and labeled. Is now in safe storage ready for transport. $17,500.00. (New Castle, CO 81647)
1998 Haulmark Cargo Trailer- 20 foot V nose trailer w/ rear loading ramp/door, side
entry door on right side of V nose, two skylight vents, and 8 floor mounted tie down
rings. Set up as a workshop w/ one long work bench and shelves. Can easily be

 Lord & Burnham Greenhouse – The Cadillac of
greenhouses is still produced by Under Glass Mfg. Corp. and parts are available. This listed 10 section
Model O14 (Angle Eave/Slant Side) Orlyt Even Span hobby/small business greenhouse is approximately
14'x25'x8 1/2'. It is presently dismantled and includes the aluminum structure, ridge vents, about 2/3rds of
the glass or better, most of the gaskets and two louvered jalacy windows. To erect,
a masonry foundation and walls will be needed, some sill anchors (many were
salvaged), some glass and some glazing gasket material (again much of the gasket
material was salvaged) will need to be purchased. The picture attached is of an
Under Glass Mfg. Corp. greenhouse from their website that is the same as the one
I have for sale except the pictured one is bronzed where mine is natural aluminum.

crate and ship if the buyer would be willing to cover the handling, crating and freight.
